MoxieMart Refund Policy

Effective: August 19, 2025

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through MoxieMart, including physical products and digital/downloadable items. Please read the following carefully before making a purchase.

Physical Product Returns

We accept returns for eligible physical items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • Tags must be attached (if applicable)
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

How to Start a Return

Contact us at support@moxiemart.com before sending anything back.

If your return is approved, we’ll issue:

  • A return shipping label
  • Step-by-step return instructions

Note: Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Let us know immediately at support@moxiemart.com so we can make it right.

Items We Can’t Take Back

For health and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishables (e.g., food, plants, flowers)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Beauty and personal care products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Final Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges.

Instead:

  1. Start a return for the original item
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

This ensures the fastest processing and availability.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your item was shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked.

Returned items must be in original condition with packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.

Refunds for Physical Goods

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you of approval or denial
  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If it’s been 15 business days and you haven’t received your refund, email support@moxiemart.com.

Digital Products, Downloads, and Coaching Services

All digital, downloadable, and coaching-related products are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital content—including ebooks, guides, journals, PDFs, email series, online programs, and coaching tools—we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once access has been granted or the file has been delivered.

We believe in the value of what we create, and we aim to be extremely clear in what each product includes. If you have any questions about whether something is a fit for you, please contact us at support@moxiemart.com before purchasing.
