The Reset Map is my signature approach to midlife wellness.

It was born from real-life resets—the kind that come after illness, caregiving, burnout, trauma, or simply waking up and thinking, “There has to be more than this.”

It’s not linear. It’s not rigid. And it’s definitely not another one-size-fits-all fix.

Instead, it’s a whole-person rhythm of restoration rooted in a simple truth:

A Whole-Person View (Why the System Matters)

During my training at IIN, I was introduced to the Wheel of Life — a visual reminder that wellness only works when the whole system is supported.
 
If one spoke is off, the wheel wobbles.
 
And let’s be honest — most of us have been riding on some seriously wonky wheels.
 
Sometimes it’s hormones.
Sometimes it’s sleep deprivation, grief, stress, seasonal junk, or vacation food that lingers longer than it should.
 
But when you tend to the whole — gently, intentionally — the ride smooths out.
 
That’s what the Reset Map is to me:
A way to check your wheel, understand what’s throwing things off, and steer with clarity instead of confusion.
