Great news! Accountability for false advertising on the horizon for Coca-Cola’s Minute Maid brand. The Supreme Court weighed in today. If “Coca-Cola stands behind this label as being fair to consumers,” Justice Kennedy told the company’s lawyer, “then I think you have a very difficult case to make. I think it’s relevant for us to ask whether people are cheated in buying this product.”

Will be interesting to see where this case goes. In the meantime, we have to be Commando label readers. Hmmm…. feel an article coming on…
